Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that area is North Region radios for INDOT and or Hoosier Helpers because one of the traffic centers is 94103. There not many of those IDs logged. In my area I got a bunch in the recent weather event they chattered all night. It just have them labeled as the districts truck because it hard to tell them apart. I will have to look but I think they were 9420XXX

Yes, they are north zone radios.
Prior to 94103XX, in my RID list, is the Indiana Toll Road maintenence company with 94101XX rids.

I have three 94103XX radios logged, and all of them are on the unknown TG 10662.

TG 10662 is available on the Grant Co site, but it has never been used anywhere around Grant Co, which tells me it's likely a statewide TG.

So apparently it's a wide-area TG, as seen on multiple sites in different regions. It's not likely to be IUH PD. They likely have enough radio traffic that it wouldn't been identified by now. These 94103xx RIDs only affiliate with TG 10662. There is no other traffic on that TG, or from these RIDs. That TG block (10660's) is also in use by IPSC.

Seen on Greenwood site this morning: TG 10116, activity from about 4 radios, all voice calls encrypted. IDs are in the 990xxxx range, so probably Federal. I first logged this TG on 9/23/2021.

That's odd. That block from 10116-10122 is right in the middle of the Dekalb Co TGs.

I found that IDEA has state mandated training in New Castle at 13:00 today (the current time 13:12). Possibly federal agents giving that training? I'd look for additional affiliations on the New Castle site currently, then possibly on the return trip to Indy in a few hours(?).

New bridges for V-Call/V-Tacs, and U-Call/U-Tacs being installed and tested by IPSC so look for the patch/bridge TG's to start popping up before long for those Interops!

I take it these are going to be Regional TGs? How is a SAFE-T user supposed to use these TGs if they're not already in the radios?...is the state going to touch all the radios again? Not all radios are OTAP capable.

Not sure I was monitoring while IPSC Command was talking to one of the techs as they were setting up a bridge for the UHF's. They were going to be testing U-Call 40 Direct on it. If my guess is correct, they will be patched to the Regional Mutual Aids, the SWMA's or Zone Events on demand. It would be the easiest way to do it. It will definitely make interop with the Federal Agencies not on SAFE-T to easier, as well as say KSP etc... Kinda surprising this was not done long time ago as IPSC is usually way ahead on this kind of thing. But now that the big push for AT&T's baby to be integrated is all done, and the big push to upgrade ALL radios to phase II capability is well under way, they can get to other things.

Update on the new bridges to conventional nationwides: There are going to be a new set of TG's for these with permanent linking to the conventional freqs. Once the set up is done, anyone using the conventionals will get repeated on the TG's of the SAFE-T Site they are affiliating with. This could overload busy sites until Phase II is fully implemented, as ISP does use the 8 Call/Tacs a lot for traffic escort details/bs chit chat.

I would guess these would only be linked to the repeaters. Ideally the usage of the 8TAC channels for car-to-car should be in direct mode (i.e. 8TAC92D) which would not repeat and thus would not be bridged back to the trunked system.

Just saw 10662 on the Greenwood site. One 941xxxx radio ID affiliating, no voice traffic.

True and they are on direct when I've heard them talking about everything to drivers of vehicles, lunch, and need to hit the bathroom ! LOL
Whats funny is listening to ISP officers doing idle chit chat, then in the midst of that.. "Hey, got a yellow Honda Civic rolling pretty fast your way, you maight want to have your radar gun on." A couple of minutes later on district dispatch TG.. "XXXX Indianapolis, ...." and the stop happen lol.
