1654 T-BIRD-8 inbound Dover talking about staying within 5 miles of airfield and doing survey while
we are with N520RH Show plane who will be landing while we survey with tower on 279.625.
Getting A/A chat 237.800 as N520RH reports flight of 2 downwind runway 19 on tower 126.350.
N520RH must be wrong as comes back to drone.

1700 Lots of chatter on Blue Angels 237.800 talking about Annapolis graduation and back and forth between Jones Beach etc.
One mentions my Jet #6 really sucks.. Now getting some A/A Coms on 284.250 so assume Angels int wo different groups.
1707 BLUE ANGEL -1 flight cleared to land runway 32 on Dover tower.\
1720 THUNDERBIRD-08 cleared to land.

1722 Looks like both Coast Guard GLF5 jets inbound Andrews C101 #1 and C202 #2.
Looks like CG 01 just hopped over from Cape May.

The Radio Reference Wiki is accurate, there are several good threads from recent air shows and Spectrum Monitor has an annual issue with air show info that is excellent.

A new DOD civilian contractor airlift program announced by the White House:
  • Launching Operation Fly Formula. To speed up the import of infant formula and get more formula to stores as soon as possible, President Biden has directed the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to use Department of Defense (DOD) commercial aircraft to pick up overseas infant formula that meets U.S. health and safety standards, so it can get to store shelves faster. DOD will use its contracts with commercial air cargo lines, as it did to move materials during the early months of the COVID pandemic, to transport products from manufacturing facilities abroad that have met Food and Drug Administration (FDA) safety standards. Bypassing regular air freighting routes will speed up the importation and distribution of formula and serve as an immediate support as manufacturers continue to ramp up production.

N874TW is one of two DOJ B-757-200s (N119NA is the other one) based in Richmond, Virginia. They are associated with the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team in Quantico, Virginia. N874TW normally flies as JENA ONE, N119NA as JENA TWO.

On short notice callouts like the synagogue shooting in Colleyville, Texas back in January, the HRT takes helos from Quantico to Richmond to board the planes, weather permitting.

By tradition, the HRT doesn't carry handcuffs. ;)

I probably should have labeled the handcuff claim as apocryphal oral tradition now deprecated in these more enlightened times. :)

It comes from this story:

The idea for the HRT was originally conceived during the late 1970s, but came to fruition when then FBI director William H. Webster witnessed a demonstration by the U.S. Army's Delta Force. When Webster reviewed the equipment used by the Delta Force and noticed there were no handcuffs, he inquired about it. An operator grimly replied, "We put two rounds in their forehead. The dead don't need handcuffs."
