Is there a way to download all the posts that a specific user/contributor did?

I have been doing this manually (a few at a time), but trying to see if there is a way to do this as a batch download.

This is for a RR DB Admin who went silent key earlier this year and they have just over 1k posts/threads over the last 18 years. I am trying to get all his threads/posts somehow downloaded so I can present them to his family so that when his son gets older, he can have something to remember his dad by.
