ARC536PRO cannot update 2.0

I have a license for ARC536pro for my sds100 but i'm unable to get to the butel website and download the latest version. seems the website is down. the only download i can access is scanner master website and download an older version. when i click check for update it does not update the software. any ideas ?

I just downloaded arc536pro from their site with no issues.

it was my custom DNS setting i have here at my home that was blocking it for some reason. i have teen boys so i block a lot of stuff coming into their eyes on the internet. I connected my laptop to my phone and it went to their website just fine.
