ARC396PRO - File not compatible, or saved in newer format.

I am able to upload the systems to my PC but cannot retrieve them for transfer to my newer BCD396P2.

Fixed it....had to change the path in the setup....moved my documents folder to F: 2 years ago and took this thing out of storage...the underlilying mem files were still pasted on C:

I believe that BCD396P2 requires ARC-XT, not Butel's 396 software.

There is no such thing as a BCD396P2. ARC396 is for the BCD396T which supports P25 Phase 1 only. If the OP has a BCD396XT or BCD325P2, that requires ARC-XT.
