West Central Ohio FD/PD - PL/DSC Tone?

I have the following in my scanner. Do either of these agencies use PL/DCS for their transmissions?

• Minster OH FD - 154.1900
• Minster OH FD - 154.3100
• Minster OH FD Dispatch - 154.4150
• New Bremen OH FD - 158.7750
• New Bremen OF PD - 158.9100
• St. Marys FD 2 - 154.1450
• St. Marys PD - 769.018750 (?)
• Van Wert City FD - 154.4375

I also show Shawnee TWP FD (Allen County) as no tone. Are they not 85.4 as other Allen County FD/PD?

I haven't heard VWFD use that channel, but I know they are licensed for it.

Might be like some other agencies where they made the transition to MARCS, yet never cancelled the license. LFD still has their license, although there is no equipment located on the 1424 Rice tower.
