Proscan audio recording input stop working

HI i am running a BCD996T, i have a USB sound card for my recording.
Once it is set to Microphone (2-USB Audio Device i restart the recording and the Red led on the UBS sound card is flashing as it should.
After one or 2 day it stop flashing. That mean no audio is reaching the PC.
I have to stop the Recording and then in audio source deselect my Audio device, them select another one and reselect my Audio device again. Then the USB sound card start flashing . I restart recording and i am good for awhile, running on Windows 7

I have a second BCD997T on another computer Windows 9 with same type of USB sound card and never got that issue.

Any clue?

Check the USB settings to see if the USB goes into Power Saving Mode
Option 2 replace USB Sound Card I have USB Sound Cards that have run for a year at a time.
