It looks like DSD+ couldn't write to the "standard output", which would be the console log file (1R-log.txt in your screen shot); was something else already accessing that file? Were you trying to run 1R.bat twice?
I'd imagine that stuff like syncing software (OneDrive, Google Drive, ...) could also cause problems like that.
BTW, that file will keep growing forever if you don't periodically delete it.
