SDS100/SDS200: SDS100 charging light flashing

After charging the SDS100 battery for awhile, the red light starts flashing.
What does that mean? I don't see it mentioned in the manual.

Error of some kind....
Bad battery, under voltage - or heat too high?

Are you using the stock cable - or one that uses AWG24 power wires?

I'm also going to go with undervoltage. It probably isn't that it's flashing but rather connecting to your power source and it's drawing too much resulting in it shutting off.

In the thread that you linked doc, the late JD has the answer in post #5.

@jeffkraussws anytime this has happened to me I just unplug the wall wart and plug it back in and you will find a steady green light shortly.

Along with JD's post reference mentioned above...
You can also try removing the battery cover and sliding the battery around to wipe the contacts...

Seen that happen on the radio and the external charger too... It took care of it in my case...

If it's a cable issue or the adapter your using... You could see this on the display...
