City of Vineland NXDN system?

I've had noticeably favorable propagation conditions today on UHF from my home base just northwest of Philly. While doing my periodic UHF scans I picked up the following NXDN control channels, though no voice traffic nor callsign IDs observed despite monitoring for well over an hour

453.2750 Net 502, Site 2 RAN 2
453.2875 Net 502, Site 3 RAN 3

I believe I narrowed the license down, just need someone more local to Vineland to confirm or negate my findings, figure out what other frequency(ies), LCNs, etc are in use

That’s a good find, there schools and city utilities disappeared off the 800 mhz system some time ago.

They are indeed Vineland !
They have a 3 site 8 channel each system which is simulcast.
It has the schools and the student transportation on it also public works ect …
Haven’t heard any public safety yet.
Why they need 8 channels???
Overkill for agencies that are mainly 9 to 5 weekdays…..

Have you ID'ed any additional frequencies in use? Any confirmed talkgroups?

I have TG 4 as School Bus Transportation
36 as Water Department 27 as Electric
26 Sanitation 10 as Vineland North High School
I have many groups logged but unconfirmed.
Seems like all the school stuff is the lowest groups
