Depends on the SDR being used. Which one are you using @mattnelson26 ?

The SDR dongle is limited in range, the system you show has a 10 MHz range, most SDRs are under 3 MHz unless you get one like the Airspy SDR.

It can be done with 2 sdrs. One SDR is used as the "control channel" SDR; the other is the "channel following" SDR. Since the two ARMER sites have control channels within the same ~2 MHz range, you could configure separate Signal VFOs (one for each site) on the "control channel" SDR. The second "channel following" SDR is configured as a Voice VFO. The software directs the "channel following" SDR to tune to any system channel in use by either site. The would be no bandwidth limitations for the "channel following" SDR as it is dynamically re-tuned as necessary.
