The only problem I see here is...all of the scanners and radios are powered off!

2 problems: the scanners are powered off as the previous posted mentions and it needs serious wire management!
Other than that, it looks great with all those radios!

Nice, orderly setup! Something I am inspired to do. I am currently having a custom desk constructed. Wire management has always been my Achilles heel. "I'll tidy them up tomorrow"...
