He doesn't need the DMR add-on to receive a P25 system, but my question to you would be:
which of your scanners receives the new Lee County system the best?

I've seen raves about the SDS scanners on P25 phase 2 systems and I thought the HPx36 would receive them well also, but look forward to your observations since you have them all side by side. TNX.
No hesitation. The SDS-200 wins. 1st thing I noticed was the audio quality from the built in speaker.
the SDS has superior ears. I was swapping antennas around a took the one from the SDS off and it
still was hearing lee county p25-2.
I still love the 536's. But perhaps being as they're designed as a mobile and the SDS as a base is the
difference. They are both worth the money.
as for the lee county, they're a little closer but I usually run 3 different favs on them. when I run the same
favs I get echos. LoL

I dont have the DMR upgrade as I dont need or want it. I only want to listen to Lee county FMFD and CCFD and the EMS stuff. I have page field in and it works great. Send it along I'll load it.
I will get busy on it in the morning.

Chris that worked dandy. I took out DPW and Trash and added page field. I think my problem was I entered all the channels not just the control channels or visa versa and it spent to much time sucking on the data channel.
The 436 does pretty good on the simulcast system. If I am in diff parts of lee it relies on a different site. At the house it sees 2 just fine with no Doppler effect.
Thanks

I've heard it a few times in past years that Fire units switch over to a separate channel for MIRT responses. Trying to find out what those are and if they're monitorable as I'll be in the area in a couple weeks.

Is anyone aware of the “LGTAC” channels? Heard companies going to LGTAC1 for a MERT on Sanibel

You can find them contained within this list. Just remove the "800" that prepend the actual TG digits.

This list was posted previously by another rr.com user.

With a system ID of BEE00 (Moto) am I seeing Supergroup’s?

Supergroup’s. how are you handling supergroups? I am seeing an extensive use of patches and the creation of Harris like generated patch TG’s. This frequently regroups users on “normal“ TG to the new dynamic TG. Messages appear to be missed by scanners as they not “affiliated“.

Here are 3 examples LCFD Disp 1, 2, 3. 21130 21131 21132 regrouped as supergroups. 21186 21187 21188

TG 21001 is Lee PA ARFF for both Page Field and KRSW. P25 paging here too.
I have QC 928 569 and QC 569 726

MERT are there “routine” channels assigned? Thanks.

Having worked for both LC & Motorola they patch talkgroups as well as systems on consoles at times. They even have the old VHF patched. Hope that helps.

Ahhhh. Makes sense. With so many Systems, that explains why I see AD6 with so many patches. Thanks.

Does anyone have the TGs for LCSO VOICE/CSU? Or are they on the LCSO encrypted system as well?

Hi all,

If you monitor LCFD in Lee County, I am curious as to what the delta locations are (D1, D2, D3, etc etc). They are usually called out by DO/MedCom/Rescue/Med units who are transporting patients (ex. Med 4 offload D6).

From what I have gathered, D1 is Lee Memorial Hospital and D7 is HealthPark Medical Center. On the old P25-I RRDB, the talkgroups were listed with their respective delta identifier. I posted a relevant screenshot of this below.

1682895996252-png.141045

(keep in mind this is an old RRDB screenshot) As you can see, each description is accompanied by the delta identifier. I was hoping someone here had a little more insight on which identifier goes to each hospital, as this list is outdated.

On another note: can anyone confirm whether or not the Public Works and Animal Services talkgroups are actually in use? Haven't heard any radio traffic on them.

And does anyone have the TGs for LeeFlight? The "AIR OPS" and "AIR TAC-27" under the hospital TGs are not in use. Hoping someone here has the TGs for LeeFlight comms.

Finally, does anybody here have any radio IDs for units? I've only been able to assign them under Unified Call List for base/mobile units (Lee Control, CCFD Dispatch, Hospitals, LeeTran busses, etc). I would like to assign them to engines and rescues as well, but it gets hard to tell the difference between the mobiles and handhelds, considering the handhelds float between units..

Thank you!

it would be ideal if someone local in Lee Co could place either OP25, DSD+ or Unitrunker on this system and let it sit for about a week and gather up all the in-use TGs. Some analysis of that data (and Radio IDs) seems to be very much needed....

I made it easy, I made a favorite list with the Lee County Sheriff Office districts Talk groups and confirm there is activity occasionally you may hear one side in the clear otherwise they are all encrypted.
