Really really creepy. I hope that guy goes away for a long long long time. Shooting of law enforcement members is in my mind a life sentence with no chance of parole. The only bad thing about that ... is that the nice taxpayer has to foot the bill. :evil:

This is a really horrific example of why GPS equipment and AVL is so important for Police Vehicles. Hopefully we will see some justice done in this case.

he was found guilty last week of murder. jury did not buy the selfdefence claim.

the transcript was chilling, reading that the officer did not know where she was.

my work truck has sat. based AVL, plus it sends breadcrumb info about our route, as most of the time we are not on public roads, nore do they show up on normal maps. in the event of a missed check in our safety coordinator can send people with a map of our route that we took.
