does anybody know the camrose city police frequencies?

I am glad to have found a thread asking this question as I too was wondering what frequency the Camrose City Police are on.

If their communications are inversion scrambled, would I still be able to hear something on those frequencies? I have tried them both and cannot pick up any sort of signal from within the city.

I have heard that they changed their system recently to the provincial standard. Would that mean APCO-25? Does anyone know for sure if this new standard is scannable and if it is worth going out and buying a digital scanner? I've read the AFRRCS threads, however, there seemed to be some differing views on this.

If anyone knows the new frequencies (if there are any) I would appreciate the help. Thank you.

I was in Camrose last week and did hear them on 154.040. They are still using voice inversion.
