Can anyone tell me which site this belongs to out of the Outaouais region?

Of course it's covered with ENC comms. I just know it's a frequency for this area, just not sure which tower or how to go about finding out which one.

Where is this info from that you got? The RR database shows the following info for the Ripon site.

Your 140.595, 140.625, 141.105 are all listed for 078 (4E) Edelweiss Outaouais

Your other frequencies are associated with sites that are nowhere near my listening area.

So I'm starting to get confused. Which site should I be adding this frequency to?

If you monitor the control channel with Unitrunker, it will give you the frequencies and other relevant information.
It says Ripon, but there could be more then one site at Ripon, but I don't know this for sure.

Frequencies are shared throughout the whole system.

Perhaps an update to the database of your findings would help.

I'm just trying to figure out where my frequency findings all fit into place. That's all.

What's weird about this one is I can only hear any sort of ENC activity off of 164.280 and 165.495, but I can't hear or so it seems any other frequencies associated with this site. I don't hear the control channel, likely cause it's still too far away for a decent signal.

The DB shows 140.595 and 140.625 as belonging to the same site, but apparently both being CC's have split off into separate sites. Some VCs have no doubt shifted, and new ones appeared; all over the VHF band (e.g. 152.525, 152.645, 152.690, 152.810, 153.245 just in the 152/153 range).

Another (weak here) CC is on 152.465, nothing in the DB which matches. Also 141.600 is noted earlier.

I use Pro96Comm which also populates VCs auto-magically, given enough time. Some sites are unbusy even during the day.

You can work backwards getting NAC from the VC, and matching NAC from site CC but it is not always unique.
