HHCH option for CDM1250??

I am working on an unmarked installation in a 2017 Impala. I currently have an almost new CDM1250 remote mount kit that I would like to use. I am curious if the HHCH from a convertacom would work when plugged into the radio as opposed to the standard remote head. Space is at a premium in this Impala, and so are funds! Any guidance would be GREATLY appreciated.

Aside from that, I dont know if a HHCH was available for that radio line.
However, would a visor mic, hidden speaker, and remote PTT switch work? Because thats what I would do in a car like that.

You are out of luck.. The best you can hope for is a remote mount head and hide it in the center console or glove box.

If you use the AARMN4026 DTMF mic, the A B & C buttons can be programmed for things like Home Revert 1 and Home Revert 2. It would be a minimal HHCH, but if a lot of channel changing is not needed, it could work well.

Hide the control head where the driver can access and see it. Use a remote speaker for better audio in the car. And, place the DTMF mic somewhere inconspicuous or hidden from view.

Now it is possible that someone out there has mated up a HHCH with a CDM radio and you may yet hear from them. I've never heard of it in 6 years of studying these radios.
