Pro 96 reband

Is there a site from Radio Shack that I can go to to download an upgrade to my Pro 96 for the new rebanding? Don't yell at me if this has been asked before, but I tried to search the site for the answer and did not find it.

No there isn't; our wiki has the correct procedure using the Win96 software, and it's documented at the bottom of the following (all links are blue)

I am told that ARC96 can also support this, but I don't know of anyone who's tried it yet.

I don't think you need the update for the rebanding as mentioned above, but why not get the update.... However, I am slightly convinced my Pro-96 worked better on the older version.

Yes ARC96 works fine with rebanding... I use both depending on the way I want to set up systems... With Win96 I have the option to set up to a 4 second delay on TRS's...whereas the ARC only allows the 2 second delay globally no matter how many times you click for more lol. As for the firmware.. I have 1.4, and use the latest DSP update also... The latest version of Win96 is very good, and I have yet to find a bug on it.
