pro 197 help

I have just tried to do the cpu 2.0 update to my pro 197. And this is what I am getting on the screen
up BootVer:RF 1.2
Up app Ver NONE
CPU SW Upgrade
Wait for PC /IF

When I try to do the up date the software tells me
no data from scanner try step 1 again

I have unplug the unit same thing

Use the PC/IF jack on the front of the scanner. If the cable you are using has a short cable attached to a longer cable, remove the short cable.

The cable isnt the issue the green and red light are flashing on there like they normally do

Just wanted to let every know I go the scanner back and going I had to reload the prior updates

How did you reload the prior updates?

Any idea about fixing this? I have the same trouble and I couldn't solve it.
