Radio Shack Pro-163 DC Jack replacement

I'm having trouble finding the part number for the DC jack that accepts the Adaptaplug "T" .The local RS doesn't show that part on it's RSU site.Any suggestions?

If it is the coaxial jack for the mobile scanners with the female center look for a Philmore 214.
The plug is Philmore 265 and plug with molded wire is Philmore TC265

Philmore 214 DC PCB Mount Jack and 6.5mm x 4.35mm Mate Plug-No.265 is also know as a EIAJ-05 this is a Japanese standard plug for 13.5-18v.
The newer GRE and Uniden handheld scanners also have EIAJ-02 and EIAJ-03 for 6v and 9v The EIAJ-04 looks similar to the 05 but is smaller in size and covers 10.5-13.5v.
