Pro-651: Help Programming

I can program my pro 651 but how come every time I can't put the frequencies into the scan list i want them in . Could someone please help me out here . ? I can even call you and we can do it over the phone or you tell me on here .. Please Thank you for your Help

Are you using software? If so, what? I'll give ya a hand with it.
