Need help programing Radio Shack scanner?

I have the frequencies but i dont mo how to program it. What all do i need if i get a program to do it. Unsure what model it is so i took a picture of it.

You will need the programming cable (see Whistler site), software for the model you have (I like the Butel software), and a Premium subscription to RR.

That looks like a RadioShack pro-197, here's the easier to read manual. Also there's a few videos on YouTube on how to program, just search RadioShack pro-197 and you should have a few hits.
