Pro-668, but it is no longer just that simple, the stock pro-668 with a radio shack logo that appears on boot up is broken and it should be sent out for the whistler legacy upgrade that makes it a whistler ws1080.

FYI: there was a unofficial ws1080 upgrade that has locked scanners out. Whistler can fix this. They will typically be on cpu firmware 4.6 or 4.5 and dsp firmware 3.0 or 3,1 and will show whistlers logo on boot up. If you find one on DSP firmware 3.1 and the owner cannot prove they sent it to whistler, and doesn't receive DMR... assume it is locked before you buy one.

My pro-668 works perfectly fine on p25 phase 2 systems without any Whistler programming.

Yep. The GRE PSR800 does fine on phase 2 reception too. In fact these two radios decode phase 2 very well.
