Does any one have this problem or know a way to fix this?

When monitoring the NJ State Trunked System (B) system with my Pro-2096 the Voice Channels (VC) that the control channel tells it to stop on (860.4625) does not come in clear at all, but I you manual turn to 860.46875 it comes in 100% clear. Is this becasue my scanner is ReBand ready and the system I am monitoing had not rebanded there system yet?

That shouldn't be the problem about the rebanding. I think it would be better to post this in the NJ forum so you can have more localized responses.

According to the FCC frequency table there is no frequency of 860.46875. The frequencies run 860.4375, 860.4625 and then 860.4875. The 860.xxxx fequencies do not change during rebanding. Rebanding only changes frequencies in the 851 to 854 range.

Are you saying that only the present 851 to 854 MHz frequency will be moved?
If that is the case then the 867 and 868 MHz systems will not be affected. Is that what you are saying?

I responded to his post in the NJ forum, with a few custom configurations he can try to force the 860.46875. I suspect he's receiving it best on that non-standard channel because of tuning issues with the 2096 or (less likely though possible) the transmitters.

According to the Transition Administrator, through the Callsign Checker tool on one of this systems callsigns, public safety users of 860.4625 will be rebanded unless they opt out. The two 860.#### frequencies in this license are listed as being in the (future) expansion band.

I monitor a couple systems in the NPSPAC band (866-868), and they will most certainly be rebanding, 15 MHz down.

the current users of 851 to 854 are being moved out to make way for moving the 866 to 869 frequencies down 15 MHz to those frequencies. The trunked systems now using 855 to 860 are not rebanded, but 860.xxxx frequencies can request to move if they desire.
