Hi Everybody, I'm headed down to Norfolk next Saturday and my info is fairly old for that area. Am posting it here as I had it in 1992. Any additions/corrections appreciated:

Eastern Shore RR (presumably now Bay Shore RR)
161.445 - Road?

160.800 - at Conrail end?
161.070 - at Conrail end?
160.980 - at Conrail end...or Norfolk-Portsmouth Beltline?
161.130 - could swear I heard it way back when

NORFOLK & PORTSMOUTH BELT LINE
160.980 F1 - Berkeley to Portsmouth?
160.905 F2 - Berkeley to Sewell's Point?

Of course, I'm so far behind that I haven't even figured out how CSX & NS divided up Conrail at the north end. Any help straightening out this would be great. Am planning to have at least some time in Norfolk with the scanner recording the rail band. We'll see what that does...

BTW, found only one Roanoke channel active on NXDN, 161.07. Listed as East End Car Shop I think. Not much activity.

"A lot of 'fluff' channels in there, the only one's you'll need on NS are 161.190 and 161.250, N&W Road 1 and 2. 190 is the main road channel and 250 is the yard channel. You should only need 160.590 for CSX, but 161.520 is also used at times. NPBL channels look right, I also have 160.845 written down, don't use them enough to know what they're main channel is, and CWRY is 160.425."

That's what he sent me back

I'd definitely be interested in a group with railfans. Does it have a name I can search for?
