What are the frequencies of the East Tawas Yard, Alpena Yard, and on the road between them? I just need the VHF FM ones, since that's what my scanner can pick up.

So, I think I'm going to get a Whistler TRX-2. Since Lake State Railway uses DMR and NXDN. Is that a good scanner to use? I also need P25-P1. I just have a cheap scanner is the EZ Scan Software easy to use for a novice? Also, I'm a little confused. How come the database shows NXDN but when i go here theres nothing for that but there is for DMR? This is for Iosco County, MI. - https://digitalfrequencysearch.com/index.php
