Where would I be able to find a complete listing of NS and CSXT frequencies w/ channels and use for Virginia?

Radio Reference has a good listing of CSXT, yet there's not much for NS.

Thank You :)

That's because I haven't gotten to Norfolk Southern yet. The CSX Guides were made by me for everyone to use on RadioReference. I'm currently doing the Great Lakes Division and then I think I have one or two more Divisions in the middle of the state for CSX and then I'm gonna to FEC real quick and then start Norfolk Southern. Check out the CSX Albany Division as I've included recordings of the old Conrail Defect Detectors (I've recorded personally back in the day) along the "Water Level Route" from Albany to Buffalo!!!! Also on the CSX Miami & Auburndale Subs in Florida I recorded and posted audio clips of those detectors!!!!
