Learning the Dispatch aka ATSC Monitor

I live 1/3rd mile from BNSF rail in Oklahoma City Red Rock North subdivision. I have ATSC Monitor and the required files for Red Rock North & Red Rock South. I'm using network source. Using RTL-SDR to monitor 160.5600-MHZ NFM.

I have no idea what red and green lines mean. Also the flashing green dots that make it seem like its a crossing. :confused:

A green line means a dispatcher has cleared a route for a train to move through, a flashing green signal means the dispatcher has requested the route, a solid green means the equipment in the field is showing that the route is indeed clear. A red segment of track is showing a train is in that block.
