I am no having any luck hearing Narragansett FD on RISCON. I've let the ARC program automatically drop it into the radio but hear nothing. Broadcastify hears the FD fine however. I tried creating an APCO 25 system manually, using only control and alt control freqs. Nothing I do works. Looking for help. I haven't got my laptop with me so I'm limited to manually creating the system with your help.
