That would seem to be the only frequency they currently use. It looks like a VHF simplex system.

Are you sure they're on a repeater? It doesn't look like it.

Here is their callsign KDO275

According to the FCC they have a license for the following freqs:

Frequency Loc# Ant# Freq
ID Station
Class Units Paging
Rec. Output
Power Maximum
ERP
000046.38000000 2 1 1 FB 1 25 75.000 185.000
000046.42000000 1 1 1 FB 1 25 75.000 75.000
000154.23500000 2 1 2 FB2 1 25 45.000 75.000
000154.23500000 2 1 3 FBS 1 25 110.000 200.000
000154.23500000 3 1 1 MO 50 45.000
000154.28000000 1 1 2 FB 1 25 75.000 185.000
000154.28000000 3 1 2 MO 50 45.000
000156.04500000 3 1 3 MO 50 45.000

It looks like 156.045 is the input, 154.235 is FB2 which means repeater.

North Kingstown Fire Department's repeater input frequency is 151.295. But why monitor that when you will hear everything on 154.235?

Why do you want or need the PL on the input? Unless you're going to cause mischief.
(Not saying you are, but it is somewhat suspicious)
It's easy to find the frequencies. Scanner Master lists them, this site does, Scancapecod.us does... there are plenty of resources with a little effort.

I'm not sure about North Kingstown but here in NY you need to pl to distinguish what agency you are listening to. We have a lot of "mixer off" traffic.

Usually its the same PL in, as the PL out. 95% of the time.
