Picking up a Digital Control Channel on 853.9625 here in midtown with about 1 signal bar. My 396T is showing a the system ID as "05f2h-0111"

It's listed in the DB as a alternate for site 1 of SRRCS and is licensed to the City of Sacramento. No traffic showing yet, but it's early.

UPDATE: TGID 65533 - Encrypted traffic on 852.575

According to Unitrunker it's a multi-site system with another site, no idea what the frequency is for that site yet.

I'll list all the channels and talkgroups I'm picking up after it decodes for awhile

Anyone with pro96com up there that can monitor the CC?

If you see 65536 go off every hour and the half hour - that's the FCC identifier going off

65534 has also popped up with encrypted traffic. Yes 65536 is the IDer... I was looking at the wrong talkgroup and thought it was encrypted traffic on that talkgroup. The encrypted Talkgroup is 65533. 65534 also has encrypted traffic. Only 3 radios have been logged so far.

All I get is what sounds like bleed over from 853.9000 which is an active data channel - Maybe I'm too close to Site 1 transmitter?

That's a weird WACN/system ID combo. I wonder if it's a Harris, EF Johnson or EADS-Cassidian P25 system? Repeating the system ID as the RFSS-Site Number is kind of strange as well. I don't think I've ever seen that done before.

They must've increased power or something, site 1 is booming into my apartment now.

That's not the WACN, that's the SysID and RFSS/Site # combination.

05F2h-0111 = SysID 5F2, RFSS 1, Site 11
05F2h-0112 = SysID 5F2, RFSS 1, Site 12

I assume site 1 and 2 are coming up as neighbors too? Question for the DB

Sites 11 and 12, not 1 and 2...see above :)

antfreq - What is Unitrunker showing for the WACN? It would be in the format xxxxx-5F2 and can be found on the Systems list, or just to the right of the health meter on the site window. Also, if you're using a Uniden scanner, you can press FUNC while holding on the control channel and it will display the WACN.
