Hello all, I'm new to radio reference, not so new to scanners, I'm using whistler TRX2 with a lowbander super tenna, about 15 feet up, I've also got a DPD production blade indoor antenna, they are not hooked up to the scanner at the same time, I use one or the other, Beale AFB is around 51 miles from me, I was able to hear Beale just fine, there 001 primary trucking system site that is, then about 8 days ago, just nothing, something changed, I've got full bars using the DPD antenna and only 3 using the super tenna, however the flashing T is no longer there, once in awhile I get a flashing S which means unsupported, is anyone else having this problem?

Thank you, I see the new site that says us Air Force 57c, I've updated the data base before writing the post, and seen the site 103, that really confuses me, cause it's a Little Rock AFB with there fire tac channels and PD dispatch, p25, yet I hear nothing on that, but it's like the old Beale system, full bars and flashing T, like you said are they going to something new?

Program site 103. No talkgroups are listed at this time because none are confirmed. If you can monitor the system and submit what you find, it would be appreciated.

Good morning, I need some help, I would like to add some info to the data base, but in not sure how to go about it, I was wanting to help update the Beale AFB trunking system, I'm not sure if this is a new system or if they expanded the current system, I used a limit search from 138mhz to 144mhz last night while I slept, this morning the scanner had recorded 158 events, on my screen for one event it says p25 142.9875 TGID:5380 RadioID:17463

It will probably be mostly encrypted like another site I recently installed in eastern California.

Program it as listed in the database that way we know if it's the old system or new system.

Beale AFB trunking system

I just noticed the post about Beale.

My BCD996T no longer displays the control channel (138.0375) but it still stops on it.

Question, if the system goes enc., does that also apply to the control channel?

My TRX-02 does not copy anything.

Its because it's a p25 control channel now. Different protocol.

Might need to reprogram the system in your scanner.

Beale P25

Thanks KMA for the help. I set system type to Project 25 with ezscan for my TRX-2 and it now tracks.

I listened for 20 minutes and found Tg 5399, 5411, 5457 and 5458.

Now I'll figure out how to do this with my old BCD996T.

I discovered a new control channel ?

I discovered a new control channel 139.0375.
Most of the traffic is the same as the 138.0375 control channel but not 100%.
Anyone figure this out?

So far I have 10 frequencies detected.

138.0375 c
139.0375 c
139.4875
142.1875
138.7125
142.9875
139.7625
138.6125
138.3875
138.5125

Maybe the 142 MHz are the base station, I live 8 miles away.

Beale AFB update

Thanks for the update on site 105.
I have not heard any traffic on 105 yet.

Site 103 and 104 remain busy.

Wonder why they need 3 sites, all coming from Beale AFB.
