I had a question does anyone know if Gillespie field has an ARTCC frequency for their airspace I know they have a SOCAL App/Dep freq but I am not sure about an ARTCC freq.

Also does anyone know if ASTREA has a base VHF AM frequency?

I probably should have expanded on that a little. 128.6 is just barely to the east, covering the E/NE. 132.85 is over the top covering out to the W/NW. 119.95 is the high altitude sector right over the top, with 127.52 and 126.77 covering out to the east.

When an aircraft enters Gillespie's airspace or in it would they also heard on SOCAL 124.350 and for military 279.625?

Depends. If they are IFR or getting flight following, yes. If they are just VFR, there is generally room to get into Gillespie without entering the SAN Class B airspace, thus there would be no need to talk to Socal.

If you are say 2 to 2 and a half miles southeast from Gillespie to hear aircraft over flying that area would be Tower frequencies?

If you want to listen to the planes on the field and taking off/landing there, yes, you would use Tower and Ground frequencies. For just overflights, it depends. The SEE Class D extends to 2400' MSL. Within that area, overflights would be talking to the tower. 4800-10000' MSL is the San Diego Class B airspace, and aircraft in that block would be talking to Socal Approach.
