New Sea World frequency's

yesterday while scanning on my new Bearcat SDS100 Scanner came across 2 new Sea World Frequency

1. 462.600 CC-9/ Slot 1-2 Note I know that this frequency is for GMRS I was wondering if anyone in RR
or in San Diego area know if The FCC giving away the GMRS Band please pass any information you might have.

2. 462.3375 CC-9/Slot 1-2 if any one in San Diego area know any thing about this frequency

Looks like DMR. Some companies were licensed to frequencies before GMRS and were grandfathered in, so they can still use them.

Some companies were licensed to frequencies before GMRS and were grandfathered in, so they can still use them.

Sea World isn't one of them. They never had a GMRS license and if they did they would not be allowed to modify it.

462.3375 is licensed to San Diego Zoo. Could it be them?

I thought GMRS could not operate anything other than analog? I remember being disappointed I could not use my GMRS license for anything DMR.
