Palo Alto fire

Anybody monitor PA fire? past week has had bad audio, dispatch going through repeater input, various other issues. Audio is still analog with MDC.
Are they changing out consoles for moving to SVRRCS?

The Palo Alto PD are dispatching out of a mobile command center while upgrading. I presume it's a joint dispatch center.
