Inmarsat 54W - suddenly no STD-C or Aero?

Was going to do my weekly review of archived STD-C EGC traffic and realized there are no NCS anywhere to be found, and also no Aero stations showing on the receiver. Last recorded thing was back on 5/6/2018. There are still some other carriers, but things just look abnormal.

I read Inmarsat was having some financial issues. Can't imagine Fleetnet and Safetynet would be discontinued with no press.

Might add that the signal is stronger now on the new sat position. Receiving it 100% in South Texas on a homebrew indoor paper, cardboard and foil helix antenna, RTL-SDR.

There's not a lot of user traffic yet. It will probably take some time for all the actual users to get switched over. Lots of normal housekeeping traffic.
