What happened to this ISS tracker page?

This was the best site for tracking ISS. It had a world ground map and a visual representation of the ISS in orbit; both of which updated in real time or almost real time. It also listed the height and speed of the ISS.

This has been down since at least 7/15. Is it going to be up again or is it no longer supported.

Are their any other pages with similar functionality? I've found other pages to track the ISS, but nothing with this functionality.
