Question 20 Group limit, can I combine them easily?

I have a BCD996XT, using FreeScan I import US\Washington\King\Seatte-King County Public Safety, which if over the max groups. Ok tried the choosing yes to let it combine, also selectively imported as three separate systems.

Problem is that each system that gets a hit that does not have the expected group instead of the Alpha text I get a ID, so my question is there anyway to merge contents of multiple groups into like areas such as all PD in one, all FD into another etc. or am I going about this wrong? I am basing this on the fact of no group logged when I scan a system where group not residing as seen in the log.

I must say learning to understand the SO: and GRP: information helped a lot

Put everything in one System.

Put PD in a group of its own, and FD in its own, etc.

If you import into FreeScan, you may need to copy from several groups to one.

Thumbs up

Yeah finally figured out if downloaded the CSV sheet could sort and to individual select and copy into EZ-Grab so now can turn the groups on or off with the Quick Key Enable/Disable
