ARC500: No Readout?

Using with WS1065 I have everything hooked up okay, been a week or so fiddling with it but cannot get it to read out in the text box. I can switch to scan and wx buttons and adjust everything, etc, but there is nothing in the readout window. Scanner responds, just NO readout at all. What gives? I contacted Butel support and was ignored or overlooked or forgotten, hoping someone here can suggest something. Running Win7 on a Dell Inspirion, ProScan and 536 work great on it. So does Ham Radio Deluxe and SDR#....any help greatly appreciated - thanks

PS: I program the WS1065 with EZscan, and I purchased ARC500 Pro mainly for the virtual control. Now when I just tried to copy from scanner to software it went thru the motions on the scanner and did the 100% transfer and beeped upon finish, but nothing shows up in the Object Editor.

have you programed it with arc500 ..i believe ive read that ez scan is only for sd card based scanners

oops - my bad, yes I programmed the ws1065 with ARC500. I program my TRX-1 with the EZscan.
