Angry Hand held scanners

Have no clue how, what, when, where why HOW TO USE WIN 500 OR WHAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO DO WITH IT??????????

INSTRUCTIONS ARE FAR AND FEW

NEED TO DOWNLOAD LOCAL FREQUENCIES SO SCANNER WORKS. WHERE ARE HOW TO'S??

Find attached a zipped copy of the Easier-to-Read Manual for the 500.
