I downloaded, and installed the 2017-09 Windows 10 Cumulative Update (KB4038788) this morning.

Afterwards I noticed ProScan (v 12.3) registered, will launch, load data then freeze with no screen display. The Task Manager shows it's loaded, but no CPU utilization. It is using memory however.

Anyone experiencing this?

I figured out what the problem was.

The last time I ran ProScan, it was directed to my second monitor. Now that hurricane Irma is over, I had turned off my second monitor, and ProScan was remembering that was where I wanted to run it. I turned on the second monitor, and it was there! DOH!
