BUTEL - ARC Software Question

I have BUTEL: ARC-PATROL, ARC-536, and ARC-996 software on my computer
for some unknown reason: Peoria Co IL ETSB (25) had several talk groups omitted
Hoping someone having the same software, will do me a favor and enter

state ..... ILLINOIS
county ..... PEORIA
trunk system ..... PEORIA CO ILLINOIS ETSB (P25)

looking at the talk groups - tell me if any TG are listed for
Peo Co EMS ....... or ...... Peo Co Fire
mine shows the catagory but fails to list any talk groups

forgot to state, SENTINEL does list the talk groups

Maybe I am not understanding your issue correctly. Fire & EMS talk groups are listed in RadioReference's database. You can add them to your ARC software.

My ARC-Patrol is the same as yours, no TG's listed for EMS or FIRE when I try to import from RadioReference into ARC-Patrol.

Talkgroups

In ARC500, they are listed, but as you said no talk groups. My county recently did some reorganization, and I have seen interop channels used for fire services. There fire and EMS services in your county with similar listings under interop.

Interesting thing is the TG NOT listed are still talking in the scanners. Now that I know its not a computer problem on my end I can rest easier but I do have to wonder how many other TG have been omitted today
had the software for all my scanners and have never seen this before. Hope a repair is on the way

understand everything is fine on Radio Reference, Sentinel, ProScan, etc
problem difinately linked to BUTEL-ARC software pgms
but thank you for your input every little bit helps on things like this
when your trying to isolate problems

I know what the problem is and will be getting it fixed tonight.

After the recent server upgrades there were some stray characters that the new server couldn't decipher that were in the database. These characters cause ARC products and some others to not see the entire system or area.

I will clear those out, it looks like there are a dozen or so affected instances. Try it again later and see if it works.

Everything is working fine now. ETSB Peoria County did a major update and added a gob of new Talk Groups. Little bump in the road and life goes on. Thank you everyone for your input. have a great day

ARC software

Even though they did not show in the RR database before, all of the talk groups that appeared to be missing were already in my code plug when I went to update this morning. I just built a new code plug a couple of weeks ago, so it looks like while they were not visible in the fire-rescue list on screen, they still imported to the scanner.
