P25 Phase 1 W/Freqs instead of Talkgroups

I had this happen once but with my WS1080. I purposely entered the SITE freqs as CONVENTIONAL objects instead of as a P25 SYSTEM just to test the CChannel trunked signal strength. You sure you didn't do THAT instead of entering the thing as a P25 System?. ON Trunking scanners that is pretty much the only way your freqs will show up in a scan instead of Talkgroups.

My scanner is the UBCD325p2. I tried to set it up as a; Motorola 800 Type I

How can it be a P25 Phase I with frequencies, instead of talkgroups?

Having all that info ahead of time would have helped. I see a lot of "deprecated" listings. Only P25 I see is the CMARC and it's a 700mhz System Control Channel from what the link shows with only a few unnecessary 800mhz freqs. Why set it up as a Moto 800mhz type 1 when it's a P25? Maybe someone with that scanner can address it. I can't make sense of any of this. Like I said. Only time I got that result was when it was entered incorrectly on purpose just to test signal strength on a freq.
