Looking for some help with my Arc software trying to get my BCDx36HP to be read in ARC. I get the green light that's it. Step by step instructions would be appreciated. Thanks. ARC536Pro ver. 2.1 build 6.

When you get the Green light...Check the boxes to select the systems.
Then select the button labeled READ SELECTED
That's the problem no FL comes up in the box to check.
Are there any FL stored in the scanner?
Is the software detecting the scanner at the correct drive?

Are you seeing Favorites Lists displayed in the pop-up window? If you are not, I think you may not be connected to the scanner. You can confirm this by looking at the blue field in the attached image.
If you are seeing Favorites Lists, you can read all of them by clicking the "Read All Fav." button. Be patient if you have a lot of them as it takes several minutes.
Alternatively you click check the boxes beside which one or several FLs to read. Then click Read Selected.
When the reading process is completed, the popup closes and those FLs that were read appear in the browser.

I'm connected same as you No FL's are showing up! There's a bug in the software. I'm using 1.18.00.
Click on the Drivetest button, that will open a text file in notepad. Please post the contents of that file. And also a screenshot just like ofd8001

It works fine on my laptop but not on my PC. Could it be because I have a Backup HD attached?
There is a copy of the sd card on your main drive c:, rename the folder to for example C:\_BCDxHP\ and then it should work.
