ARC536: Bug when importing IDAS TGIDS.

We have been working on an issue involving importing IDAS systems via ARC536 (ProScan exhibited the same issue). I wanted to submit the information here so that Gommert could take a look at it. For clarification... this appears to affect IDAS Type D systems only.
