ARC536: PRO Questions

Couple questions regarding the ARC536Pro software:

1. When you right click on a department the last option "Sort" is check marked but I am not able to un-select it?

2. When using the option to "Center Justify" systems, it appears the software takes into account the spaces before the text that it adds to sort by, so using the "Center Justify" feature basically prevents the sort feature from working properly. The center justify makes the reading of the display much easier but makes it impossible find entries easily since the sorting is no longer in alphabetical order.

Hopefully I am just missing something

I'm using ARC536PRO and using Virtual Control (VC) with a SDS100. I can log hits, and it also records a WAV audio file, but I can't get any audio when playing the file back in Windows Media Player. I have tested and used other applications successfully. Has anyone had success recording and playing back ACR536PRO audio files on a Windows 10 PC?

Gommert, please, make the sort routine in every ARC program ignore trailing spaces. It makes no sense sorting by blank characters.

Did you connect an audio cable from the scanner to the PC line input?
