Hello

I'm trying to program my scanner using the beutel software and the radio reference web import tool I'm going in to my state and Country etc which is New Zealand and selecting the data I want copied across however it's not copying all the data it's leaving out the frequencies and copying the text this is not a wide as she is I have tried tests on other sites days and they work fine I really don't want to have to sit here for the next two days programming each frequency in one by one thank you so much for your help as always is greatly appreciate it

There are a few options:
- if this is a trunk system the software only imports the control channels and is normal operation.
- Also verify you did not enable the wrong service tag filter.
Else please post the exact steps to duplicate this issue.
