ARC536Pro not seeing fav lists

Hello.

I have been using ARC536 for a long while now. Not sure what I did exactly when this issue started, but when I plug in my radio (436, 535 or SDS), It shows that the radio is connected (shows very old FW version which is incorrect), but none of the fav lists poupulate on the download window. I have changed the drive to E:\ and renamed it to BDCx36HP. Still no luck and the test drive file shows the e:\ drive with no name. Tried re-installing the drivers as well.

Things I'd be tempted to try to rule out some issues are:


1. See if Sentinel will read the scanner, which would confirm there is good communication between the scanner and the computer. If that works, without disconnecting anything, I'd shut down Sentinel and start ARC and do a read from scanner.


2. If I couldn't get the above to work, I'd try removing the SD card and put it in a card reader on my computer, and use either Sentinel or ARC to read. That would rule out any cable, connector or com port issues.

Sentinel and ProScan both work without issue.

You have a copy of the SD card on your D; drive, rename the folder and then ARC will read the scanner at E:
