Well, I still use my UBC125XLT with Scan125 Control Program, and since long time ago I noticed that, with the recording active, after some hours the RAM usage can be over 90%, and that is a bit annoying because the PC slows down.
My main PC has only 16 GBytes RAM, but Scan125 shouldn't need a great amount of memory, so, is such a thing normal, or there is something wrong with my settings?

Very unlikely, don't think its your Scan 125, something else must be running in the background. Press CRTL+ ALT + Del in the same time and access Task Manager. It will give you basic info about CPU + Memory and resources usage by running programs and applications.
Scroll down and check all other applications. Also check all enabled startup applications some of them maybe unnecessary. You can disable some of them in Ccleaner. Check/Scan your HD for any Viruses and Spyware/Malware, Here are some FREE favorites for this job

CCleaner + CCenhancer (install Ccleaner first)
I usually tick everything except saved passwords and wipe free space on first Windows page and all on Applications page
Malwarebytes, update after install and scan for all other nasty stuff

Other free cleanup utilities could be also useful are Puran Utilities

Puran Utilities - Optimize your PC for best performance

Thank you, but I already use on a daily basis utilities like those (Ashampoo WinOptimizer, IOBit Advanced System Care, Glary Utilities, Wise Utilities, etc.).
The only solution is to restart Win 10 after about half a day of recording... :)

Amigo, none of the utilities I suggested or you mentioned will actually tell you what is hogging your system memory.
They all excellent to clean the crap but but none will let you know which Windows resources using huge chunks of memory while running Scan125.
Run and check msconfig also open Resource Monitor (Win Key + R) then type resmon and press enter. Click on the Memory tab and tell us what application or service is hogging all your memory.
All while running your Scan125 and/or without to see the difference.
