I cant get the computer to upload the data to the new whistler 1065 what do I need to do I'm stuck please help the user manual that comes with this scanner is junk someone please give me step by step directions please

You will need to provide a lot more info as far as what steps you have taken so far, and the results or error messages you are seeing.

Have you installed the proper drivers for the data cable, and verified that the cable has been assigned a COM port in Windows device manager?
